The first step in our process is to see if we are a good fit for you and your project. We start with an initial consultation to refine your vision for your new home. During this phase, we will establish a budget and walk you through our process. Once you are ready to move on to the creative process, we sign the agreement and move on to the next phase.

This step is where we dig into the creative side of the process and let your ideas come to life and go over your preliminary bid on the project

#3 final design
This stage is for refining any drawings or design plans. Once plans are approved, you will sign off on construction prints, final budget and estimated timeline!
#4 Pre-Construction
Once your design is complete, we can transition into permitting and scheduling your project. We take care of all permitting for your home build and ensure that your structural engineering and all trades are compliant to local building codes and regulations.
#5 construction
This is where ALL the magic happens! Our contractors are hard at work putting your masterpiece together. Your project manager will visit the job site regularly giving updates about the process and next steps. During this process we can process any change orders and address questions about budget and completion.
#6 grand finale & warranties
Once construction is complete, we will do a final walk through and create a “punch list” of items that need to be addressed prior to possession. This is where we make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction! Finally, your dream home is complete!
